A maternity influencer mum tragically died at the age of 34, just days after undergoing emergency surgery.
Tainá Medeiros, who had 70,100 Instagram followers, passed away on Wednesday (24 Jul).
Her cause of death wasn’t divulged, but her friends say she underwent an op to treat an ectopic pregnancy last Saturday (21 Jul).

An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilised egg grows outside of the uterus — almost always in a fallopian tube.
As the pregnancy grows, it can cause the tube to rupture, which can cause major internal bleeding.
It’s believed this is what happened to Tainá, who leaves behind a husband and a five-year-old daughter.
Tainá was a trained nurse and a breastfeeding consultant, as reported on Need To Know.
She was known for her “Amor Mamar” Instagram account, where she shared tips with new mums about raising infants.
Tainá had posted: “Pray for my recovery, now I need to take care of myself.
“But soon I will be better to take care of you, God willing.”
The post announcing Tainá’s passing said: “God has called our Tai home.
“Wife, mother, daughter, friend, entrepreneur. A woman full of faith, eternal values, and boundless kindness.
“She touched the lives of many, seeing beyond with eyes that reflected the beauty of the sea and exuded compassion.
“We are left with the best memories: her bright smile, warm embrace, and her legacy of love.”
Tainá was laid to rest in Parnamirim, north of Recife, Brazil, yesterday (25 Jul).
Vanessa commented: “Last week I asked you: do you have any idea how many families you’ve helped?
“And you said: I’ve lost count, but it’s well over 2,000!
“Your heart wasn’t in the numbers but in the dedication! We were witness to that love and dedication!
“You came into this world to make a difference, Tai! And you did! We will remember you as a blessing!”
