A driver was stunned into silence when he spotted a “chupacabra” lying dead on the roadside.
His footage, filmed by a wearable head camera, shows him driving down an empty road.
He is gabbing away but breaks off mid-sentence after spotting an “enormous animal” straddling the edge line.

He falls silent and slows down as he records the terrifying sight through the passenger-side window.
The huge beast is lying dead in a pool of its own blood. It’s not clear how it died, but it may have been hit by a car.
Its mouth is slightly agape, revealing a set of razor-sharp teeth. It has a protruding snout and a mane of thick, jet-black hair.
It was found in Brazil on Tuesday (23 Jul).
A local said: “It looks like a wolf, but could there really be wolves in tropical areas?”
The dead animal might be a chupacabra – a mythical, vampire-like creature first reported in Puerto Rico in 1995.
Chupacabras were blamed for attacks on livestock and poultry.
They supposedly left uneaten carcasses that were drained of blood, as reported on Need To Know.
Early reports described creatures that stood upright and resembled large reptilian kangaroos with huge red eyes.
Later accounts said they looked something like a mix between dingoes and birds.
Some reports say the scary-looking beast could, in fact, be a nagual.
A nagual is a personal guardian spirit that some Mesoamerican Indians believe resides in an animal, such as a deer, jaguar, or bird.
In some regions, the nagual is an animal that certain powerful individuals can transform into to carry out malevolent acts.
