An influencer has revealed how she schedules sex with her partner – which she says helps “keep the spark alive”.
Ravena Hanniely has over 265,000 followers on Instagram and often shares saucy details about her life – from bikini snaps to sex toy hauls.
The 23-year-old has hit headlines in the past for stripping off in public and wearing nothing but body paint, as well as naming a vibrator after her favourite footballer, Marcus Rashford.

Now, she is sharing the benefits of scheduling in “sex sessions”.
“Everyone has their life, tasks, work – but you also need a little break, and [there’s] nothing better than sex to relieve stress,” Ravena, from Brazil, told NeedToKnow.
“With the hustle and bustle of daily life, we don’t have time for surprises.
“So I schedule everything properly: the exact day and time – even how long it’ll last.
“People think it’s weird to schedule it but it actually opens up space for deeper intimacy.
“It also enhances the connection.
“Having a set time helps keep the spark alive without the pressures or unrealistic expectations.
“It creates anticipation, which makes things more exciting.
“We know we have that time set aside just for us and it makes us appreciate it even more.
“There’s nothing monotonous about it – the wait makes everything more intense.
“Knowing it’s going to happen, that it’s on the calendar, makes your heart race.”

Ravena says the routine is “hectic” – meeting with her lover three times a week – twice in the morning and once at night.
And as there’s a lot of effort involved, not everyone has been on board with the method.
She said: “I’ve tried this before, but some guys can’t handle it.
“They think we’re like a delivery service: call, and we show up.
“But life is busy, so you have to schedule [and] plan.
“[My ex] would always fail to perform whenever we scheduled a meeting.
“He got so anxious, that when the moment came, nothing happened.
“At first, I found it funny, but later it became complicated.
“He broke up with me because he couldn’t take the pressure.”
Openly bisexual, Ravena also had scheduled sex with a woman she matched with on Tinder during her time in Paris for the Olympics.
The influencer said it was the only way to keep the romance alive due to their busy diaries – and while the routine was followed religiously, things sadly didn’t work out.
She has also revealed details about what goes on inside the bedroom, including how she practices BDSM, which she was introduced to by a former partner.

Ravena said: “BDSM provides a safe and controlled way to explore issues of power, control and intimacy.
“He [my ex] always made me very comfortable to perform my fetishes with him.
“Naturally, I started to control our positions, I liked this instinct I had of domination with him.
“With me, he felt comfortable and discovered that he liked being submissive.
“I also like to practice voyeurism, role-playing and exhibitionism.”
Ravena, who is currently dating a Brit called David, says she is very respectful of her sexual partner’s limits.
And scheduling their bedroom sessions for the last two months has helped the couple maintain a steady sex life.
She added: “Commanding and commanding the situation is extremely pleasurable and fun for me.
“It [scheduling sex and BDSM] has helped with my self-esteem.
“Being in a position of power in sex gives you a feeling of security.
“I’m a busy woman, and so is he.
“We don’t have time for games or to just wait for things to happen.”
