The body of a 29-year-old woman has been found chopped up and stacked inside a fridge.
Mall worker Mahalakshmi’s remains were discovered at her home where she lived alone.
Despite being married to her husband Hemant Das, the pair did not live together due to work circumstances.

Police officers made the gruesome discovery in the kitchen after investigating the property on 21 September.
Forensic specialists and the local police force’s dog squad were immediately dispatched to the scene.
It is believed that the body was inside the fridge for a week.
A murder investigation has been launched into the crime, which happened in Malleswaram, Bengaluru, India, as reported by Need To Know.
N. Satheesh Kumar, additional commissioner of police, stated: “A woman’s body was found chopped into pieces and stored in a fridge at a house within the Vyalikaval police station limits.
“The body has been identified. The investigation is ongoing, and further details will be provided as it progresses.
“Although originally from another state, she had relocated to Karnataka.”
