An influencer known for having multiple ‘wives’ who has a sex rota to keep them happy now claims to have received penile injections to perform better in bed.
Arthur O Urso has over 200,000 followers on Instagram and has hit headlines in the past for having nine wives at one point.
The 37-year-old now claims to have five – Luana Kazaki, 27, Emelly Souza, 21, Valquíria Santos, 24, Damiana, 23, and 28-year-old Amanda Albuquerque.

But having so many partners can be a struggle in the bedroom.
Arthur, who implemented a sex schedule to keep the bonking fair, claims to have paid £3,500 to enlarge his todger.
And the doctor had a strict recovery order: no sex for seven days.
“I’m currently recovering and following medical advice,” Arthur told Need To Know.
“In the first few days, patience was key.
“But I was assured that everything went as expected.
“At first, there’s some discomfort, and I had to stay on complete rest for three days, but gradually everything returned to normal.”
Penile enhancement surgery is a procedure that can reportedly increase the girth and length of a penis through injections.
Arthur, who is from João Pessoa, Brazil, said: “Although the procedure is minimally invasive, I had to avoid physical activities and was advised to abstain from sexual activity for seven days to ensure proper recovery.
“That is seven days without being able to have sex.
“But in the end it wasn’t that much of a big deal.
“It’s just a matter of adapting and giving the body time.”
According to Arthur, all of his wives have been very supportive.
He said: “They played a crucial role in the process.
“My wives support me in everything.
“They understand that this was something I wanted to do to feel even better about myself.”
Arthur says it helped to speak to other men who had undergone the same procedure.
He has since experienced a significant boost in self-esteem and confidence.
Arthur said: “Talking to other men who had it done helped me understand that, for many, it goes beyond aesthetics.
“Improving how you perceive your own body brings immense satisfaction.”
Though, the influencer has received some criticism.
He said: “People will always talk.
“I don’t care.
“I do it for myself because it’s what I want and I stand firm in my decision.”
Although the recovery process took a bit longer than he expected, Arthur believes it was all worth it.
He added: “Even though the last few days required more patience and care, the final result brought the satisfaction I was looking for.
“At first, it seemed like recovery would be quick, but in the last few days, I had to slow down a bit.
“However, I knew it would be something that required time.
“Now, looking at the results, I see that it was worth the wait.
“I feel more confident and satisfied, and that makes all the difference.”
Regarding the sex schedule, Arthur previously said: “Look, managing five [wives] is a full-time job!
“And the [sex] table remains firm and strong, ensuring that each one of them receives my whole self.
“But honestly, the [sex] table has already become my best friend.
“Sometimes I wonder if my heart has limits but for now, five wives is good enough!”
