A passenger was caught on camera putting an Uber driver in a chokehold after a fee spat.
The drama began when the man, who was with his wife and daughter, refused to pay for the service.
He told the driver, Larissa Freire, that he would pay on his next journey.

But the 26-year-old asked him to pay up before calling Uber.
She told the company office: “I’m a ride-share driver, I have a passenger and he’s asking to pay on the next ride.”
The passenger began shouting obscenities and yelled: “She’s crazy.”
He then bundled his wife and daughter out of the car but, in doing so, dropped his phone.
Freire saw it and began to drive off in a bid to take the device to the local police station in Osasco, near São Paulo, Brazil, on Saturday (21 Sept).
But as she stepped on the gas, the passenger scrambled back in.
The car cam caught him putting the terrified woman in a chokehold and grabbing the phone from her hand.
He then got back out of the car and kicked the bodywork as the shaken Larissa collected herself.
She filed a police report for bodily harm and property damage, as reported by Need To Know.
Uber Brazil has banned the passenger from the platform, calling his use of violence “unacceptable” and is cooperating with authorities in the investigation.
The company clarified “There is no ‘pay on the next ride’ option”.
It added: “The app only allows drivers to report instances where a user hasn’t paid.
“This creates a debt on the user’s account, but it’s up to the driver to decide, not the user.”
Freire has 13,000 followers on Instagram, where she shares moments from her life as a ride-share driver.
She’s been in this line of work for three years and has completed more than 15,000 journeys.
