One motorcyclist is seen pulling a wheelie while speeding alongside the lad.
Reports said the adult on the bike was taking drugs while accompanying the boy.
The shocking scenes were filmed on Oceania Avenue in the Mexican capital Mexico City.
The video went viral on X with over 400,000 views and hundreds of comments, as reported by Need To Know.
One local said: “Poor boy, he has lost his life with that lot.”

Gaby wrote: “The guardian should go to jail.”
Fran commented: “I bet half those bikes are stolen.”
Ramirez remarked: “A drug-addicted criminal in the making, just like his ignorant companions.
“The authorities should intervene because that child won’t live past 15 years of age at this rate.”
Ray added: “The authorities will do nothing to them, they’ll carry on the same. They break our mirrors and are very aggressive, they think they own the streets.”

The police have confirmed they are trying to identify the people in the video.
The clip was originally shared by the online group Street Lifestyle Motorcycles before being taken down, according to local reports.
On their Instagram page, the same suspect is seen pulling a wheelie along a street with the boy riding on the back in a different video.
Shared on 18 October, they don’t appear to be wearing safety helmets on this occasion either.
The police probe is ongoing.
