A family had a scare when a child was almost swept away by murky floodwater in a road-turned-river.
A local woman filmed from her balcony as several individuals walked down the flooded road against the current.
A girl can be seen wading through knee-deep water before stumbling forward and dropping her rucksack.

The backpack is swept back down the street by the fast-moving floodwater.
The girl turns around on her knees to try to get it back.
However, before she can be swept away, a woman carrying another child grabs her by the coat and lifts her to her feet.
The family members then climb into a parked car as a waste container slams into its rear.
The scary scenes were filmed in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, and were shared on social media on Thursday (30 Oct).
Several other harrowing videos have emerged following the recent deadly weather across the country.
One shows a main road in Valencia littered with battered and overturned vehicles for as far as the eye can see.
Another shows the wider Valencia area completely inundated with brown water.
One piece of footage shows brown water thundering over a Roman Dam in Almonacid de la Cuba near Zaragoza.
At least 95 people were confirmed dead at the time of writing, as reported by Need To Know.
