Scenes of mayhem have emerged from Spain, where flash floods have left at least 51 people dead, according to reports by authorities.
Footage shows torrential rains and hailstorms battering the country, inundating roads and towns in several regions.
Castellón, Cuenca, and Teruel provinces are expecting to feel the brunt of the heavy rain this morning (30 Oct).
The adverse weather affecting Spain is due to a “cold drop” – an isolated depression at high levels.

At the time of writing, orange and yellow alerts were still in place across various parts of the country.
In the town of Castelló de la Ribera, weather stations reported more than 216 litres of rainfall per square metre.
In Málaga, a pursuit was held up as a waste container was swept down the road in front of a police car.
Other videos, from the south, show vehicles being swept down murky, swollen rivers.
A thunderstorm with at least 20,000 lightning bolts caused several flight delays at Málaga Airport early on Tuesday (29 Oct).
And hailstones the size of eggs smashed car windscreens and dented bonnets in other parts of the south.

In the Almería province, the pounding weather caused yards-long sections of road to cave in, causing closures.

One woman was spotted sitting on the roof of her half-submerged car on the A-3 main road between Madrid and Valencia.
A Valencia resident filmed a “car soup” as a narrow neighbourhood street was turned into a murky torrent.
In nearby Utiel, a woman and her pets were winched up to a helicopter after they were stranded by chest-deep floodwater.

A different clip from the same town shows how parked cars were swept down a road and slammed into street furniture.
Other images show how Valencia Airport was flooded on Tuesday (29 Oct), forcing flights to divert to Barcelona and Alicante.
In nearby Picanya, screams were heard as a bridge was filmed snapping in half and collapsing into a river.
At the time of writing, six people were still missing in Albacete province, as reported by Need To Know.
