The 35-year-old’s body was found near a bridge about 20m (66ft) tall.
Police chief Sandro Montanari revealed on Thursday (31 Oct) that she’d died from severe head and spine trauma from a strong blow.

There were no signs of a struggle or resistance, suggesting her attacker had caught her off guard in Piracaia, Brazil.
Clísia was originally from Manacapuru but lived in Bragança Paulista – about a 40-minute drive from Piracaia – with her boyfriend.
She had moved there about three months ago from Manaus – more than 1,600 miles away as the crow flies – to be with him.

The man, who is about 40 years old and who works in Extrema, is believed to have met Clísia in Fortaleza.
He is considered the prime suspect and will be questioned by the authorities.
The police’s main line of investigation is that a crime of passion took place, possibly motivated by jealousy.

Clísia was mother to a young girl, whose name she had tattooed on her body.
She boasted more than 5,000 followers on Instagram, where she shared her love for the gym.
Her family has launched an online fundraiser to bring her body back home, as reported by Need To Know.

Clísia’s sister wrote: “Sadly, she was killed as a victim of femicide in Bragança Paulista.
“Our family lives in Manaus and the cost to bring her body back is very high, which we can’t afford.
“This initial amount will help cover the transport costs, and we’re deeply grateful for any support.”
