Starting to eye up advent calendars for December?
While chocolate is a classic – and rightly so – this year, we’ve got a new favourite sweet treat.
Bonne Maman is known for supplying incredibly delicious jams, curds, preserves and marmalades.

But at £3.30 for a jar of strawberry conserve, you could quickly rack up the bill.
Thankfully, for Christmas, the French brand has launched an advent calendar filled with goodies.
There are 23 mini jars of conserves inside with a myriad of flavours.
Forget your average orange marmalade, we’re talking purple fig with cinnamon, pineapple and passion fruit and apple, quince and pine honey.

And we’re happy to report that, as of 5 November 2024, we’ve already eaten all of the treats inside.
The calendar is one of our favourites so far this year with the chocolate orange spread and the apricot and orange blossom conserve ranking particularly high in taste.
There’s also a special item behind door 24 but we don’t want to spoil the surprise.
Let’s just say, it could be a great addition to the Christmas tree.
