“Congratulations to The United States of America for electing Donald Trump as our next President,” the 27-year-old said.
“Above The Empire State Building, 1455ft above New York City, USA.
“With much hope and dedication, we can change the world for the better; and Make America Great Again!
“To everyone watching, take utter responsibility for your life.
Care for yourself and those around you. Live the best life you could possibly live.”
Speaking to Need To Know, Justin added: “A great step in the right direction, people need to take better care of themselves so we are better suited against tyranny.”
In the clip, which has already racked up nearly 1,600 likes since being posted just half an hour ago.
Justin, from Weehawken, New Jersey, has landed himself in hot water with authorities in the past for scaling properties such as the One World Trade Center and George Washington Bridge.
In the re-shared video, he tackles the Empire State Building.
He can be seen balancing himself on what appears to be the top of the building’s spike, just above the observatory.
Justin then pulls out an American flag and starts waving it in the air as his drone pans around him.
Eager for Trump’s attention, he has previously tagged the president but has not received a reply as yet.
In 2016, Justin was sentenced to 30 days of community service in charges of reckless endangerment and trespassing for scaling the 1,776-foot-tall One World Trade Center.
In 2017, the then-teen was sentenced to three years’ probation after climbing a 52-story condo building, as well as dangling from a spire at the top of another complex.
He originally scaled the 102-story art deco skyscraper in Manhattan, New York City, on Monday, 29 July – with the first post getting over 1.2m views.
Social media users have come out in droves to celebrate with Justin.
“Incredible, MAGA!!,” said Andrei.

“America won tonight,” added Dan.
“We did it!!! 45 & 47,” said Jon, while also adding a US flag emoji.
But not everyone was in high spirits.
“Farewell women’s rights. Glad you got what you wanted though,” said Amanda.

“I’m still for @kamalaharris,” added Jaay.
