A sex influencer has spilt the beans on what women really want men to focus on in the bedroom.
Ana Nello has over 1.2 million followers and runs a podcast called What’s Her, where she shares tips and tricks to give your sex life a boost.
The 28-year-old talks to fellow adult content creators, asking them to share everything from sex injuries to how to give great head.
Ana – who considers herself “the real-life Jean Milburn”, referring to Netflix’s hit show Sex Education – believes men in particular need help to improve their bedroom skills.
But she also believes many of them are “scared” or feel “insecure” when sleeping with “sexually empowered” women.
“We are living in a world where women are more financially stable and independent than ever,” said Ana, who shares videos of her podcast episodes on Instagram.
“And many of us are making more money than the average man.
“I think that scares a lot of men, who have been told to lead and be dominant.
“If they listened to the podcast and actually took the advice that women give, they would get better in bed.
“It’s like watching p*rn but straight from the horse’s mouth – you’ll definitely learn something.
“Women no longer need men in the same way – including in the bedroom – and this hurts their ego.
“But if they just got past this and took the feedback onboard, the experience would be more fun for everyone.”
The Floridian, who lives in Miami, has also shared key things men should do in the sack.
Ana said: “Sexually, the first thing men need to focus on is the clitoris.
“But they can’t just remember to touch it, they need to learn how to touch it – and every woman is an individual.
“So they need to ask what their lover wants, not just assume it’s a button to push.
“Many of the women I talk to also want men to please them before they please themselves.
“Stop asking for a blowjob and go down on her instead.
“Don’t be afraid of sex toys either – it’s time to introduce some in the bedroom.”
And it’s not all about sex, according to the expert.
Ana said: “If it’s not a casual hook-up, you need to put in the effort.
“Take her on dates, compliment her and do acts of service.
“Showing women that you care is what really turns them on.”
The sex influencer also points out that it’s important to remember that you can swap roles in the bedroom.
As for herself?
Ana said: “I love dominant men – both in and outside the bedroom.
“Physically, I’m not picky but I love a man with a good beard.”
The idea for the podcast came about whilst Ana was having a chat with her friends about their wildest bedroom antics.
She recalled: “A lightbulb went off in my head.
“The podcast is super entertaining, especially for people who are not in the sex industry and have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.
“I wanted to do street interviews with girls telling the most outrageous and entertaining stories.
“Us creators only show a small per cent of our lives and personalities online, so I thought the podcast was a great way for girls to show more about themselves.”
