Looters stole beer from a lorry after it collided with a tanker truck.
The lorry was filled with petrol, and the impact from the crash caused the gasoline to spill all over the road.
It is evident that the collision between the two vehicles was severe, as both appear to have sustained damage.

A large group of people can be seen rushing around the scene which becomes more strange after the person filming zooms in.
Onlookers, which seem to all be males, are gathered next to the lorry with their hands scrambling inside.
A box is even seen flying out of the vehicle, into the hands of one of the desperate bystanders.
They all keep their hands in the air as more boxes of beer are thrown out.
One man can be seen rushing away from the scene with his hands full.
The lorry that was involved in the crash was filled with boxes of beer, which caused those who witnessed the crash to take advantage of the situation.
They began to loot the lorry, despite the dangerous conditions which had been created by the traffic accident.
Fuel from the tanker truck had spilled everywhere, posing a serious risk of a fire.
The men however didn’t seem to care, and made it their priority to raid the contents of the lorry.
It took place in the afternoon, in San Jacinto, south east of La Paz, Bolivia.
Authorities made attempts to get the situation under control and tend to those who had potentially been injured, but this didn’t stop the looters.
An urgent call was made for people to remove themselves from the scene and avoid the looting of dangerous products, as reported by Need To Know.
Local authorities are conducting an investigation to determine the causes of the crash and evaluate the damage caused.
