A pack of stray dogs mauled an elderly woman to within an inch of her life.
The horror attack was captured in CCTV footage.
Four dogs surrounded the 68-year-old and took it in turns to bite her as she lay on the ground.

They can be seen ripping off her sari with their teeth, sinking their teeth into limbs and pulling her in all directions.
Over the course of the brutal attack, the tarmac becomes increasingly spattered with the woman’s blood.
About two minutes into the terrifying ordeal, some stick-wielding men showed up and scared the dogs away.
The victim was left lying motionless in the middle of the road several yards from where the attack started.
The distressing scenes unfolded in the early hours of Saturday (7 Dec) in Titwala, north-east of Mumbai, India.
According to reports, the men who saved the OAP work as guards in nearby buildings.
The woman was seriously injured in the attack, but her ordeal was far from over as she was transferred from hospital to hospital.
She was first taken to a facility in Goveli, then to a second in Ulhasnagar, later to a third in Kalwa, and finally to a fourth in Mumbai.
She was last reported to be fighting for her life at the latter hospital.
The woman’s identity is unknown, and her family has not come forward.
The police say she may be a vulnerable individual, as reported by Need To Know.
Since the footage emerged, locals have been urging their representatives to tackle the issue of stray dogs in the area.
