An Instagram influencer who eats ‘up to 14 jars of baby food a day’ says she is eating it as her Christmas dinner.
Débora Porto, a body-positive influencer with over 2 million followers on Instagram, is known for flaunting her curves and performing in carnivals.
The 35-year-old has hit headlines in the past for speaking candidly about her struggles with her body and cellulite.
But now, she has shared how she is on a unique diet, consisting of baby food.
“My Christmas dinner will consist of baby food,” Débora told Need To Know.
“I’m on this diet as a way to adapt to my intense schedule of photoshoots and commitments without compromising my health.
“I had a hectic agenda and needed something practical to help me maintain my shape without losing energy.
“That’s when I discovered the baby food diet.
“It’s super light and easy to include in my daily life.”
She claims to eat up to 14 jars a day, finishing with a light dinner.
Débora, from Brazil, said: “The portions are small and controlled, which helps me avoid overeating.
“At night, I have something with protein and salad to balance it out.”
According to Débora, the results started to show fairly quickly.
She said: “I’ve been on it for a few weeks now, and in the first week, I noticed I was less bloated and had more energy.
“My digestion had also improved significantly.”
Beyond physical benefits, the influencer emphasizes the diet’s practicality.
She said: “The jars are easy to carry, and you can eat them anywhere.
“This is perfect because my routine is nonstop, between shoots and recordings.
“I feel like I’m taking care of my body in a lighter way, without unnecessary pressure.”
In July 2024, Débora was diagnosed with depression after experiencing symptoms that affected both her personal and professional life.
She said: “I had no will to do anything, to post, record, I lost several jobs because I didn’t have the energy.
“It was terrible.”
But following her therapist’s recommendation, she sought activities that brought her joy and found carnival.
She said: “My therapist asked me to find something I loved and focus on it, so I chose carnival.
“The diet was a choice that helps me feel more confident and prepared.
“Both physically and mentally, which helps when performing.”
