A young influencer given just months to live amid a fight with cancer has given birth to a baby boy.

The 18-year-old, who has almost three and a half million followers online, became known for her decision to have a child while undergoing cancer treatment.

Isabel was 32 weeks pregnant when she went into labour and was aware that Arthur would likely be born early.

Her husband, Lucas Borbas, 27, was by her side for the duration and kept his own 462,000 followers updated.
The influencer was taken into the delivery room at around 5.06pm with Lucas posting online immediately after their son was born.
In a post showing the two of them during the birth he wrote: “I’m a father.”
Isabel first announced her pregnancy in August.

At the age of 15, she was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma, an uncommon cancer that develops in the lymphatic system, as reported by Need To Know.
Isabel, who is from Brazil, has since undergone a bone marrow transplant and several rounds of chemotherapy.
She was given the all clear in November 2023 but sadly, just three months later, her cancer returned.

The disease was more aggressive this time around with Isabel dealt a devastating blow in January, when doctors revealed her prognosis.
In a post she shared yesterday, she shared what Arthur’s bedroom looks like.

She said: “Arthur’s long-awaited room is finally out.
“My husband and I, we were looking for something simple, but one full of enormous meaning in love, courage, and bravery.
“Gratitude to everything and everyone who was part of this incredible journey of building the room, and welcome to this new stage of our lives.”
