The incident, which left the £85,000 car in tatters, occurred just outside the Cheshire village.
The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham, Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney all lived in the area whilst playing for Manchester United.
More recently the village has been home to Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, Jordan Henderson, and Raheem Sterling.
The crash happened on Saturday (4 Jan) on Pendleton Way.
Scott Pattyson, 19, who captured the footage, told Need To Know: “We filmed that car as usual but then the back end spun out.
“The car went into the barriers and then drove off down the road to later be recovered.
“There was oil leaking from the car, so me and the other guys thought we’d help out by putting some cones in the road – blocking one of the lanes.
“We got a van down with some cleaning stuff in, cleared up a bit of the mess and tried to get rid of the oil.
“We phoned the police on 101, letting them know to send some people down to observe the scene.
“Me and the other guys often go to that place near Manchester, to do some car spotting.
“Because it’s a rich area, we usually see a lot.”
