An influencer claims she regularly schedules masturbation time for herself – citing it as a form of self-care.
Ravena Hanniely says making time for solo play is an essential part of her daily routine.
The 23-year-old ‘books’ in a session with herself every day before the gym or before going to sleep.

The model even carries a compact bullet vibrator in her bag for emergencies, as well as long-haul flights – or if she gets the urge while out at dinner.
Ravena, who has 267,000 Instagram followers, says it enhances her overall emotional and physical wellbeing.
“Scheduling these moments is just as important as any other self-care activity,” she told Need To Know.
“It’s a way to reconnect with myself and understand my needs.
“I always carry a small bullet vibrator in my bag, which makes it very discreet.
“I use it on longer trips, like international flights – they’re 10 to 12 hours long, so I need to relax.
“I’ve even used this same bullet [while out for] dinner at a restaurant [recently].
“Since it’s small and comes with a remote control, all I have to do is insert it into my vagina and adjust the intensity through the remote.
“It’s delightful.
“I can have dinner and feel pleasure at the same time.
“I have spoken about it with my friends because I wanted to know if I was the only one with these routines.
“My friends were shocked and their opinion is that I’m a nymphomaniac.”
Ravena, who is from Brazil, says that masturbation helps reduce her stress levels and improves her sleep quality.
She also believes that it can positively impact relationships and has helped her gain more self-awareness.
The influencer said: “When you learn to satisfy yourself, you don’t depend on someone else to feel complete.
“This helps you seek partners who truly add value to your life instead of settling for relationships that don’t meet your emotional or physical needs.
“When you understand what satisfies you, it becomes easier to communicate that to your
partner.
“I hope my future partner has good oral skills and is great at foreplay.
