A hapless suspected burglar had been rescued after he got stuck allegedly attempting to break into a home through a vent on the roof.
The 28-year-old man managed to climb in but then found that he was unable to move.
The owner of the house heard unusual sounds coming from the roof and went to investigate.

They were shocked to discover the man trapped in the vent and immediately alerted local police.
A single shoe was left near the narrow vent on the rooftop.

Police arrived promptly to discover the man was still stuck in the same position.
Despite attempts to free him, firefighters were called to the house so that they could step in.
A crew was able to free the man within several minutes, as reported by Need To Know.

Police were quick to handcuff the man as firefighters helped him to climb down a ladder back to the ground.
Local police transferred the man to the station where they identified him and determined his age.
The incident took place at around 9.30am on Sat (1 Feb) in the village of Santa Rosa de Calamuchita, near Córdoba, Argentina.
