His organisation also allegedly operates in the neighbouring municipalities of San Nicolás and Apodaca.
Christian, 31, is believed to be romantically involved with Giselle.

The police were called to the TV presenter’s home in Monterrey after neighbours reported a heated row between the couple on 17 February.
They were taken to the Public Prosecutor’s Office where investigators identified the male suspect and found he has a long criminal record.
They then identified him as the suspected leader of the trafficking ring.
Giselle was eventually released by the authorities but is still being investigated for any possible involvement in Christian’s alleged activities.

Giselle, who also works as a model, began her TV career in 2013 on the show ‘Pura Gente Bien’.
She then appeared on the dating reality show Mitad y Mitad.
She went on to present the TV programmes ‘Es Show’, ‘Bailadísimo’, and ‘Las Noches del Fútbol’.
In her last post on Instagram for her one million followers, Giselle is seen with a large bouquet of red roses on Valentine’s Day.

The flowers were accompanied with the message: “I love you.”
She wrote: “You won my heart.”
Following Giselle’s arrest, the sad story of her ex-boyfriend José Luis began to circulate on social media.
Three years ago, the couple had an argument and Sampayo left the home they shared together.
Hours later, she heard that José Luis had been kidnapped for a ransom fee, as reported by Need To Know.

His family desperately tried to gather the money but were ultimately unable to, and José Luis was reportedly killed by his kidnappers.
At the time, she said: “It was very painful for me because it changed my life in a way I didn’t expect.
“You’re with someone the day before and then you wake up and suddenly they’re gone.”
