A cocky thief pinched grub from Greggs before thanking staff and making a casual exit.
A confident crook casually filled his shopping bag with drinks, sandwiches and crisps.
Workers behind the counter watched in shock as the items were taken.

The man – clad all in black – kept going back for more.
He only stopped when his bag was completely full.
After swiping the snacks, the confident man nodded at the worker before heading out.
Shocked locals were baffled by his blasé attitude.
Shona said: “He was so casual.”

Nik added: “This is why the prices go up 5p every other month.”
Another said: “This is why Greggs never has anything.”
One stated: “At what point are Greggs going to start putting the food behind the counter.”

It happened at the branch on High Street, in Lewisham, south London last Friday (14 Mar), as reported by Need To Know.

Greggs and the Met Police have been approached for comment.
