A man with the ‘world’s largest‘ todger is pleading with fellow blokes not to get penis enlargement fillers.
Matt Barr believes that “bigger isn’t always better”.
And he should know – the 41-year-old’s own member measures nearly 14.5in (36.8cm).

It is believed to be “biggest medically proven penis” across the globe.
The AI specialist from London finds it “bonkers” that more men are turning to Botox, hyaluronic acid and silicone injections to get a thicker dick.

One clinic, Lushful Aesthetics, recently reported that 40% of its $3m revenue comes from penis filler procedures.
Meanwhile, earlier this month, a 56-year-old Russian man died from a lung complication after getting the penis jab.
Aside from potential physical dangers, the injections are also very pricey – they can cost thousands, depending on which clinic you turn to.
Matt is opening up about the pros and cons of being bigger in the hopes that it will help others embrace their natural size.

“It seems bonkers to me and a sign that some people have too much money to burn,” he told Need To Know.
“It’s not like I am in need of them myself, so I’m not judging anyone who feels insecure about their penis.
“But it concerns me that there is a rise in men getting jabs into their c**k.
“The penis is a surprisingly complex organ and, in my opinion, injecting any foreign substance into it sounds like a terrible idea.

“I know one guy who was heavily into silicone injection and it ended up infecting his bloodstream.
“It’s not worth messing with your anatomy just to be bigger.
“Take it from me, this is not what your sexual partners will find most desirable about you.
“And having a big penis isn’t always all it’s cracked up to be either.
“Sure, one pro is that it’s easy to get attention, if you’re into that sort of thing – like me, you will probably get stares in a sauna, public shower or at the beach.

“People don’t always think about how their penis size will impact them outside of the bedroom.
“Having a large c**k also makes certain sexual positions and being with certain partners impossible.
“It can take a very long time to get physically aroused enough to stay hard.
“I have to put real effort into my sex life and also have to think about what I wear in public, so I don’t accidentally offend people.”

While Matt admits that he can’t imagine what it’s like to have a small penis, he urges men to remember that there’s more to life.
He said: “Just remember that 99% of your life doesn’t involve your penis at all.
“Once you get too big, compatibility is a real issue – a small car has less issue finding a suitable parking space than a Mack Truck!
“And when you’re my size, you start being considered a bit of a freak of nature.

“I don’t tend to chat to my friends about penis-related issues, though they do pop up with questions now and then.
“It’s more people online who get in touch sharing their experiences or asking for advice, especially those men on the upper end of the spectrum.
“But I’ve also had messages from lots of guys talking about their penis goals, hoping to get silicone or Botox injections.

“Ultimately, there are so many risks that I can’t understand the need for jabs.”
Matt, who has had a model of his member on display in a museum, has also released a book about his life with a big dick, titled A Long Story: Life With The World’s Largest Penis.
