A body modification addict who says people call him the “devil” has shared his most painful procedure ever.
Pedro Henrique Silva dos Santos first started amending his appearance eight years ago and today looks unrecognisable.
The dad-of-two is covered in tattoos and has silicone implants in his head to “give the impression of horns”.
Pedro is dedicated to his art but admits it has been a painful journey at times.

The 31-year-old’s most excruciating body modification was when he split his lip and tongue in half.
“The most painful thing I did was cut a piece of my mouth,” he told Need To Know.
“At the time [of the procedure[, it didn’t hurt that much but after the anesthesia wore off, Hail Mary, it hurt a lot.”

Pedro says his family – including wife, Vanessa Mendes dos Santos, 27, and children Micaelly, 10, and Pyetro, four – are very supportive.

But those who don’t know him, “criticise me a lot”.
He said: “I’ve already received a lot of reaction, many people judge me, those who don’t know me, there have been people who looked at my face, calling me a devil and such.
“My ultimate goal with my modifications is that I love doing this with my body.
“I am happy and I do not intend to stop.”
Pedro has spent around £2,000 on his procedures to date.

The cost sits on the lower end of the scale due to him having the work done in his native Brazil, where such surgeries often cost far less.
