A fitness expert had to have his fingers amputated after falling down a cliff.
Influencer Gerónimo Arias rose to fame after he performed 366 pull-ups.
But the 20-year-old has revealed that two of his digits had to be removed after the horror 32ft plunge.
Over the past few days, he has shared videos from the hospital with his 6.4m followers, keeping them updated on his condition.

“I just had the worst accident of my life,” Gerónimo said in his video posted on Monday (24 Mar).
“I fell off a cliff of more than 10 metres and I was hit with different stones.
“I’m alive and I’m complete – well, not completely complete.
“When I fell, one of the stones that fell with me fell on top of my hand and literally amputated two of my fingers.”
He was in the car in the video, and had his hand wrapped in a bandage which had become stained with blood.
Gerónimo’s family transported him to a hospital where he underwent an operation to rebuild his fingers, as reported by Need To Know.
At the time of the accident, he was climbing up cliffs in his home country of Argentina with his father.
In a video shared with his followers yesterday, Gerónimo justified his decision to share the graphic video recorded after the accident online.
He revealed that some people doubted what had happened to him, and that he did not want to have to explain himself.
“After a lot of thought, I decided to upload the video of how my fingers got after the accident,” the influencer said.

“I wasn’t going to upload it because it seemed very morbid to me but there were many who doubted.
“I think with that video I don’t have to explain anything anymore.
“If you’re sensitive don’t go and see it and thank you to everyone who is sending me their messages of support.”
