Two young boys have been rescued after being trapped in flash floods.
Mumbere Reagan, 12, and Mugume Devis, eight, were making their way to a local river to do some fishing when they were suddenly cut off by fast flowing water.
The boys became stuck on a rock where a local spotted them struggling and called for help.

Police officers rushed to the scene and the boys were rescued from the river at 12:30pm on Sunday (6 April), as reported by Need To Know.
In a video shared to X, the young lads can be seen sat on a small bunch of rocks in the middle of the river.
Water aggressively flows past as they huddle together to keep from falling in.
Locals can also be heard talking in the background.

Officer Nelson Tumushime, a police spokesperson, expressed his gratitude towards those involved in the operation, including the local community members.

He also urged the residents to remain vigilant and prepared for any further weather-related incidents.
The incident occurred along the Mubuku River in Uganda, Africa.
