Heroic Tesco staff have caught a towering thief attempting to steal items from the store.
Two workers came to the rescue when a man in a grey jumper and black bottoms was spotted pocketing products.
Equipped with a large backpack, the thief seemed to be attempting to take packs of raw chicken.
The incident took place at Tesco Express in Russell Square, London, as reported by Need To Know.

A customer captured the shocking moment on camera on Saturday (12 Apr).
During an altercation, the packs of chicken were left sprawled across the shop floor.
The man launched expletives at staff members while trying to flee the scene.
And members of the public were left shocked by the incident.
Victor said: “Stop the thieves, good fellas.”

Andi added: “Well done to those members of staff.”
One said: “I do find it funny that these workers thought it would be a great idea to confront a shoplifter a good foot taller than them.
“All the lad had to do was start swinging and they’d be on the floor.”
Another said: “So angry that he’s been caught. Mummy would be so proud.

“The country has become lawless.”
One other said: “Looks like he was stealing packs of chicken.”
Jam Press has contacted the Met Police and Tesco for comment but none has been provided at the time of distribution of the story.
