A white glamour model who “identifies as black” has had her lips enlarged to eight times their size as part of her “journey to becoming a Black woman”.
Tanning addict Martina Big, who prefers to be called Malaika Kubwa, recently hit headlines for sharing how she intends to move to Africa.
The 36-year-old, who used melanin injections to change the colour of her skin, has faced severe backlash over the years by people saying she is wearing ‘Blackface’ and will “never be Black”.

Malaika is also known for her large chest; she has “the largest breasts in Europe” – with each one weighing 6630cc.
In an effort to supersize her lips to match, the model received a lip augmentation just last week to enlarge her pout to eight times its size.
The procedure cost £1,034 and has left Malaika only able to drink through a straw and struggling to speak.
“Lip augmentation was an important step for me on my journey to becoming a black woman,” the model, who has undergone several lip augmentations in the past, told Need To Know.
“Beautiful, large, full lips are a distinctive feature of black women.
“Since I’m an extreme version of a Black Barbie doll, I had my lips augmented to a truly extreme degree.
“The amount of filler that I had would normally have been sufficient for eight lip augmentations.
“The doctor asked me how large I wanted my lips to be, to which I replied, ‘As large as possible’.
“I had the entire large syringe pumped into my upper lip.
“Afterwards, the doctor asked me if that would be enough, as my upper lip was already very full – but that wasn’t enough for me.
“I had another full syringe pumped into my upper lip. Then I had two more full syringes pumped into my lower lip.
“After the procedure was done, I was handed a mirror and saw the result for the first time.

“I had never seen my lips so full before.
“It was a fantastic feeling, and it was truly worth the money.
“Currently, my lips are so full that I can only drink with a straw.
“Eating and speaking are also difficult at the moment.”
Mailaika expects that the tissue will stretch over time, and she will then be able to drink, eat and speak normally.
Despite only getting her lips done on 3 April, Malaika, from Germany, is already considering making them even bigger in the near future.
But doctors say she will have to wait until the tissue in her lips has stretched enough.
The model has also previously revealed her plans to get a “butt augmentation” and surgery to “widen her nose”.
After her surgeries, she hopes to “move to Africa” with her husband, Michael Groß, 38, because she “feels a deep connection” to the country and its people.
She said: “My husband and I are still working on the schedule.
“It’s especially important that I have my surgeries (buttock augmentation and nose widening) done here in Europe beforehand.
“Since I want my surgeries to be very extreme, I don’t know any surgeons in Africa who can do those.
“I want to emigrate to Africa because I feel a deep connection to the African people.
“The harsh criticism usually comes from the US via social media.
“People say things like ‘You’re white, you’ll never be Black’ or say my skin is ‘Blackface’.
“But I don’t take these comments to heart.
“Every time I’ve visited Africa, though, I’ve felt at home and overwhelmed by the response.”
