Impatient drivers could be heard beeping their car horns as the punch-up unfolded.
It is not known what started the dispute in Southall, west London, last Wednesday (16 Apr).
Eventually, a man got out of his car and stepped between the two men to calm them down, as reported by Need To Know.
The worker walked back to his vehicle, touching his face.
Locals have praised the peacemaker.
Nayan Patel said, “Well done to the man in the black hat.”

Tony Harteveld added, “Well done, that man stepping in.”
And Julie Naylor added: “Why punching?
“Talk, man.”
