A crook who was part of a gang of five thieves clambered along the ceiling as they targeted a Tesco to steal vapes.
The shoplifter climbed over the glass barrier near the tills and dislodged part of the roof.
He then let two of the other crooks inside so they could pinch vapes and cigarettes.
Two others pilfered wine from the fridges of the Tesco Express store.
They all loaded their loot into shopping bags before calmly walking out.
Shocked shoppers and staff watched on in shock.
It happened on Saturday (19 Apr) at the branch on Neasden Lane, Neasden, west London, as reported on Need To Know.

Stuart Kew fumed: “Thieving feral scum.

“Law and order has completely broken down.”
Annie Baston added: “Vermin.”
Another, called Chris, joked: “Can’t get over the guy on the ceiling.”
Mark Taylor joked: “Did they use their Clubcard?”

The Met Police and Tesco have been approached for comment.
