A motorbike rider had a lucky escape after colliding with a BMW in a crash that split opinion over who was to blame.
The white 330E M Sport Auto was turning right into a car park.
The 142mph, £50,000 car was driving slowly along the road and had to cut over the lane going in the opposite direction.

The motorbike – who had the right of way – collided into the side of the front of the BMW.
The rider was flung over the bonnet and landed on the tarmac.
Shocked onlookers – who were understood to be there for a car meet – watched on in horror.
Luckily, the biker picked himself up and walked away as the road was left scattered in debris.
The collision happened on Broadway, Southbourne, near Bournemouth outside the Hengistbury Head Car Park on Sunday (20 Apr).

But car enthusiasts when asked were divided about who was at fault, as reported on Need To Know.
Chris Wheeler said: “The cyclist.”

Another – called Robbie – claimed: “The bike if he was travelling at the correct speed.
“He’d be stopping no problem.”
But Carl Reid said: “The bike has the right of way.
“Bit of a silly question.”
Phil Cooke added: “Definitely the car.”

Liam Cooper joked: “BMW drivers are always at fault.”
Dorset Police, South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance have been approached for comment.
