Family and friends have paid heartbreaking tribute to an 18-year-old killed in a horror car crash.
Rahulan Chelliah died from his injuries after the Fiat Punto he was travelling in smashed into a tree in Headley, near Leatherhead, Surrey.
Four other teenagers were injured in the crash, which happened at around 3:30am on Sunday (6 September).
Surrey Police said Rahulan had been travelling as a rear passenger in the car.
Two 18-year-old women and another 18-year-old man who were passengers suffered serious injuries.
The driver, also an 18-year-old man, sustained minor injuries.
He was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink or drugs, driving while over the prescribed limit and causing serious injury by dangerous driving, as reported by Need To Know.

A fundraiser has since been launched to support Rahulan’s devastated family.
His cousin Arjun Nakeeran said: “We are setting up this fundraiser to support Rahulan’s family during this incredibly difficult time.
“Rahulan was such a loving, warm and caring person who held a special place in so many people’s hearts.
“We feel so lucky and grateful to have been able to call him a son, a brother and a friend.
“We are going to miss you more than words can express.
“We will always cherish the memories, laughter and special moments we were fortunate enough to share with you.
“You will forever hold a special place in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
“We massively appreciate any help, support or contribution you are able to provide to Rahulan’s family.
“Thank you for all your love and support.”
The appeal had raised £14,613 at the time of writing.
A spokesperson for Banstead TaeKwon-Do also paid tribute following Rahulan’s death.
They said: “Ethan my son, his close knit group of friends, a family, St Andrews School Leatherhead and our wider community have suffered a huge loss.
“Rahulan was sadly taken from us all, he passed away as a result from being a passenger in the car crash.”
The spokesperson also claimed one of the other passengers had helped pull people from the wreckage and that two others had suffered spinal injuries.
They added: “I don’t know the answer, but something needs to change to stop these things happening.”
