Wetherspoons fans have been left heartbroken over a beloved dish which is unavailable.
The budget pub chain has left punters stumped after £6.46 chicken bites have gone missing from the menu.
The meaty meal has been listed as ‘temporarily unavailable’ at some boozers across the UK.

The dish comes with ten crispy chicken bites with customers able to choose a variety of sauces to accompany it.
Pubs in England, Scotland and Wales currently do not have the dish in stock.

Lovers of the item have been left shocked after they consistently noticed it missing.
Wetherspoons fans have shared their heartbreak as they plead for the item to return, as reported on Need To Know.
Abi said: “Couldn’t have katsu curry.
“Thought ‘It’s okay I’ll have my second favourite meal I know I like’.

“Then the boneless basket was unavailable.
“I just had to leave at that point.”
Rory said: “Nearly cried when I couldn’t have my chicken bites.”

Jess added: “I have never had an issue with them in all my days of eating them, I go every week and order it every single time.”
One said: “The one and only thing I eat on a night out.”
Another added: “I’m at Spoons right now and was devastated.”

Wetherspoons have confirmed that the item is not currently available in pubs in England, Scotland, Wales.
However, punters can make the trip to Ireland to get their fix with pubs there still having the item in stock.
At this moment in time there is no official confirmation as to why the chicken is unavailable.
A spokesperson for Wetherspoons said: “Stock is available in the Irish pubs only.
“Not in Scottish, Welsh or English pubs.”
