A TikToker has videoed himself appearing to steal from Greggs after describing it as “free food.”
The man, who goes under the name FunwithLk, uploaded a shameless 20-second clip which shows him walking into the busy high street bakery.
He declares: “Free food and that.

“Let’s see what we’ve got.”
He then grabs two boxes from a shelf before taking a bottle of Fanta from the drinks fridge.
He films himself calmly walking out of the store while a man can be heard shouting: “Hey mate, where are you going?”
It happened at Greggs, on High Street, Waltham Cross, Herts, yesterday (28 Apr, as reported by Need To Know.

Some viewers were shocked at the video, which has got over 18,000 likes.
One said: “Unbelievable.”
Another added: “Bring the counter up to the door.”

While another said, “Couldn’t even steal the good stuff.”
Shoplifters are increasingly targeting Greggs across the UK amid the cost-of-living crisis.
It has become such an epidemic for the bakery chain that earlier this year, its flagship in Leicester Square hired a former serviceman as a bouncer to protect their stock.
A Hertfordshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “At the moment it doesn’t look like this has been reported to police.”
Greggs has been approached for comment.
