It was captured on the dash cam of a passing van.
It happened on White Hart Lane at the junction of Creighton Road, in Tottenham, north London.

The spot where the crime occurred is just 200m from the Premier League club’s 62,000-capacity ground.
The stadium is based on High Road but the older stadium on the same site got its name from White Hart Lane round the corner.
The victim was helpless to stop the theft.
The offender – clad all in black – then disappeared on the bike.
The residential street was busy with other pedestrians and vehicles at the time.
The 13-second video then came on an end, as reported on Need To Know.
One footy fan joked: “I’ve seen enough.
“Deduct 15 points from Everton.”

It follows a huge number of similar thefts of phones by crooks using electric bikes in the last year.
The brazen theft happened on 27 March at 5:09pm.
But it has only just come to light.
The Met Police has been approached for comment.
