A prisoner has moaned about a cheese sandwich served up in jail…because he said it was mouldy.
The inmate claims the sarnie was made with two slices of out-of-date bread.
The prisoner bleated he suffers from a “dodgy stomach” on a weekly basis.

The lag has spent the last 28 years inside, claiming HMP Whatton, near Nottingham, does the worst food.
The prisoner has pleaded with officials to let him feed himself to avoid eating the ‘slop and stodge’.
According to the inmate the prison receives £18.90 per prisoner to feed them each week, as reported by Need To Know.

The con offered to opt out and go on just £15 a week to make his own meals, which he said was denied by officials.
In February, HMP Whatton was put on a week-long lockdown after a severe case of vomiting and diarrhoea broke out.
According to the prisoner complaints are met with inmates being put behind their doors for 48 hours.
Writing into Inside Time, the prisoner stated: “The food here is absolutely shocking.
“They even managed to mess up a cheese slice sandwich, as it was on mouldy bread.
“I have to eat their mouldy, poor-quality, poor-hygiene, slop and stodge. It is a disgraceful situation.
“I can cook better food in a microwave.
“The chefs should be ashamed of themselves. I have felt unwell, with a dodgy stomach, at least once a week for the past five months.”
HMP Whatton has been approached for a comment.
