A mum was left horrified when she discovered a huge venomous spider skin inches away from her children in her garden.
Petrified Charlotte Louise said she “screeched” when she spotted the eight-legged critter crawling near her feet.
The mum-of-four jumped away from the spider while her kids also ran away screaming.

The 31-year-old said experts have told her that the creepy crawly was a tube web spider.
They are one of the biggest and most venomous spiders in the UK.

They are aggressive spiders which will put their fangs in anything they see as a threat.
One bite is more painful than a wasp sting.
But luckily their venom is not toxic so they could not kill a human.
“I am petrified of spiders, they make my skin crawl,” Charlotte, an NHS worker, told Need To Know.

“I spotted it as I leant down to straighten up the garden rug and I caught it out of the corner of my eye.
“I let out a screech, which led to the children screaming and then called for my partner Matt.
“I stood at the back gate zooming in on the spider while the children were trying to guess what type it was.
“My eldest son Mayce is petrified of any insect at the best of times so he is adamant to not go in the garden.”
Charlotte’s partner Matt arrived to save the day with a sheet of paper and glass.
The traditional trick worked and he was able to dispose of the arachnid.
The huge spider was spotted crawling around Charlotte’s garden in Rainham, Kent.
But a few days later, she had a second encounter.
While taking the washing line down in the garden, she felt something crawling between her crop top and leggings.
Charlotte added: “My mum then screeched so I flicked while screaming, looking like a crazy woman.
“Another spider that looked the same, although I can’t be sure, fell down and then scurried towards my mum and friend.

“They ran into the house and the spider disappeared behind a garden chair.
“Everytime I’m out in the garden putting the washing out I feel myself looking around my feet constantly.
“Any slight movements out of my eye in the garden I’m running.”
