In December last year, a reveller accidentally impaled himself on his home gate after coming home drunk.

Juan Felipe Cruz, 24, had been out partying with his cousin when he arrived home at around 6am.
However, the barber couldn’t find his keys and decided to climb over the spiked gate.

Juan slipped while scaling the gate and ended up impaling his torso on the spikes.
His dead body was then found by devastated relatives outside his home in San Pedro Sula in Honduras.
The authorities ruled his death as accidental.
