A dazed driver allegedly fled the scene after smashing into the living room of the house with their car.
Shocking videos appear to show two men running away after emerging from the wreckage.
One clip showed the navy blue Mercedes buried in the front of the red brick home with tail and hazard warning lights on.
One man in a dark hoodie was on the driveway opening the car door for a man in a white top who seemed to be clutching an injured shoulder.
A second video then showed the men running away along the pavement, as reported by Need To Know.
The man in the white top appeared to be staggering and almost bent double in pain.
The person filming can be heard chuckling and saying: “He needs an ambulance, he’s running like a hunchback.”
The smash happened on Friday evening near Printing House Lane, Hayes, West London.
Aftermath photos taken the next day show the wrecked motor parked on the road, about to be towed away.
And other images show the gaping hole left in the house front.
The Metropolitan Police have been approached for comment.
