A police officer jumped out of a plane with a terrified dog.
The masked-up pooch was strapped to the bobby’s belly as the police officer and skydiving instructor launched themselves from the light aircraft.
Its legs flailed around as the trio free-fell above the clouds, before the instructor deployed the parachute seconds later.

The dog, Coyote, belongs to Brazil’s Military Police and is the preventive force’s first animal to complete a skydive.
The jump took place in Boituva, west-north-west of São Paulo city, in April, as reported by Need To Know.
The authorities in São Paulo state shared the footage on Wednesday (21 May).
Skydiving instructor William Aguiar told local media: “It came about after one of the captains from São Paulo’s Special Tactical Actions Group asked whether it would be possible for us to do a real jump – a proper training test – with the dog.
“A jump had never been done before with both a handler and a K9. So we prepared everything needed to securely attach the dog to the handler and the skydiver.”
The police officer who jumped with Coyote is his handler, Diego Albuquerque.
The corporal told local media: “The jump was designed as a strategic challenge, in line with the versatility expected of a tactical intervention dog, to test how well Coyote could adapt to aerial infiltration scenarios.”

Diego explained that Coyote was hand-picked for the challenge due to his “calm temperament and high level of obedience under pressure”.
It is not the first time the three-year-old Belgian Malinois has been put through a terrifying ordeal.
He has already been exposed to live-fire simulations, dense smoke environments, armed suspect takedowns, and infiltrations into high-risk areas.
William said: “The dog behaved brilliantly, the jump went really well, and the handler did an excellent job. It was a fantastic experience.”
But some viewers disagreed.
One said: “What a ridiculous thing to put the dog through! It’s outrageous – a total lack of respect and downright abusive.”

I have seen them do with with the dogs in the U.S. , but that is not aII. Abuse, and even torture, is routine treatment of K9s.
I am sickened by the media pIaying down some things and covering up the rest.
