Gym goers were left stunned after a mouse scurried across the weights room as they worked out.
The tiny rodent could be seen running across the floor and crawling behind equipment.
One brave member grabbed a box to catch the runaway critter.
It happened at the Nuffield Health Stockley Park Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Hayes, Uxbridge.

It is a stone’s throw from the VAR centre, which oversees ref decisions for Premier League football matches, as reported by Need To Know.

Members of the public were left shocked by the cheeky mouse.
But gym bosses apologised and said it has taken immediate action to deal with the issue.
Rohit Vadher joked: “Looks like it was doing its induction gym tour.”
Farah Ziaafridi added: “That’s my gym, we pay £90 a month for this.”
Lilly quipped, “He wants a job as a personal trainer.

“Would definitely get his clients running.”
One added: “I’m cancelling my membership.”
Another said, “Surprised nobody dropped a dumbbell or plate on it.”

The footage was captured on Tuesday (27 May).
A spokesperson for Nuffield Health stated: “We are aware of a recent issue with pest activity at our Stockley Park Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.
“And are sorry to hear that this has affected the experience of some of our members.
“We’ve taken immediate action, and pest control services have attended to address the situation.
“The health and safety of our members remains our top priority.
“And we continue to carry out regular inspections and preventative measures to maintain a safe, clean environment for our members.”
Customers at the gym can pay a £108 one-month rolling agreement or a 12-month fixed agreement of £92 every month.
On-site facilities include a gym, swimming pool and spa area.
Bill payers also have access to a wide variety of classes and on-site physiotherapists.
