A motorist was seen allegedly inhaling laughing gas at the wheel of a car before driving off at 6am.
The man was seen in a black Toyota hybrid in a residential car park with an inflated blue balloon in his mouth.
The driver’s window was open and he had one haNd raised to cover his face.

He appeared to have a canister of gas in his lap and another deflated balloon in his other hand.
A witness filmed it and approached the driver who raised his hood to hide, as reported by Need To Know.
He said: “Bro, I’m calling the police.
“Trust me.”
The driver then sped off with the balloon still in his mouth.

It happened in Ilford, east London yesterday (5 Jun) morning.
Locals were left stunned.
One said: “I mean, what and why is he doing this?”
Another added: “How screwed up is life to have to suck a balloon at 6am?”

And another said: “Shocking behaviour.
“Goodbye licence.”
While another claimed: “Day by day we come across more of these addicts.”
The Met Police has been approached for comment.
