A traffic warden van driver sparked outrage after their vehicle was parked on double yellow lines.
It was left at the side of the road.
About three feet including the back wheels of the council white van was overhanging the parking restriction lines.

It was spotted in Boundary Road, Ramsgate, Kent last Friday (20 Jun).

It had Thanet District Council Civil Enforcement on it.
One local called Natasha said: “Who tickets the ticketers?
John added: “Three feet, oh my f*cking God.

“What an appalling crime.”
Another added: “P*ss take.”
Civil Enforcement officers in the seaside town have a variety of roles, as reported on Need To Know.
They include issuing parking tickets and enforcing parking rules.
They also check pay and display machines and inspect car parks.
Thanet District Council has been approached for comment.
