An influencer known for having gone under the knife for a controversial rib removal surgery has now permanently changed her eye colour from brown to green after dreaming about it since childhood.
For as long as Andressa Urach can remember, she has been fascinated by green eyes – a feature she felt would truly make her stand out.
After years of dreaming and saving, the 36-year-old took the bold step to book herself in for keratopigmentation, otherwise known as corneal tattooing,
And she says the results have been worth every moment of discomfort.
“I fulfilled a childhood dream,” Andressa, a content creator and model with 149,000 Instagram followers, told Need To Know.

“I left the clinic the same day and have been following all the medical instructions.
“I’m using antibiotic and anti-inflammatory eye drops, avoiding heavy lifting, strong winds and too much exposure to light.”
Keratopigmentation alters the colour by injecting pigment into the cornea, the clear outer layer of the eye.
The former Miss BumBum, who was born in Rio Grande do Sul and lives in São Paulo, Brazil, travelled to France to have it done.
Andressa added: “I also wear UV-protection sunglasses to keep my eyes safe.
“I’m taking all the necessary care to ensure the best possible result.”
Photos show Andressa’s deep, dark brown eyes before the operation.
The after images reveal her new green irises, a dramatic change that she says has left her feeling confident and radiant.
This transformation isn’t just cosmetic for Andressa — it’s the fulfilment of a lifelong dream.
In the past, she’s had rib removal surgery, a drastic and highly controversial procedure, to achieve a slimmer, more sculpted waistline.
This extreme step was part of her ongoing quest to shape her body to her personal vision.
