The suspects reportedly made a secret compartment in the roller compactor.
The police said they pulled out 1,884 bars of cannabis from the vehicle.

The drugs weighed around 1.5 tons with an estimated street value of £932,400 (BRL 7 million).
The raid took place in a workshop in Itaúna, located north of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Monday (30 Jun).
The police released footage of officers removing a large quantity of wrapped cannabis bars from the roller before loading them onto a truck.
During the raid, the police said they arrested two suspects caught red-handed in the workshop.
A similar stash was found in a construction vehicle just days before, as reported by NeedToKnow.
Highway cops stopped a lorry loaded with scrap metal on a motorway in the city of Itu near São Paulo last Thursday (26 Jun).
The police said the driver was spotted trying to avoid a toll booth.
Traffic cops pulled him over and inspected the vehicle.
Around 800kg of cannabis was reportedly hidden among the scrap metal.
Officers arrested the driver and seized the drugs, which were taken to the Federal Police Department in Sorocaba to be kept as evidence.
The investigations into both raids are ongoing.
