Tori Spelling turned her old breast implants into bookends for her ex-husband Dean McDermott – and he kept them after their divorce.
The American actress was with Dean, a Canadian actor, for 18 years after they met while shooting the 2005 film Mind Over Murder.
They married in Fiji and went on to have five children together – Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn and Beau, as reported by Need To Know.

But the 52 and 58-year-old filed for divorce last year, stating “irreconcilable differences”.
And in an episode of her MisSpelling podcast, Tori shared an unusual anecdote.
She said that after having her old implants removed, she saved and repurposed them into a gift for her anniversary with Dean.
And now, following their divorce, he still has them.
She says: “I took the old implants that I got. I don’t think the doctor was supposed to give them to me.
“But he did and put them in like a Lucite box, and I made bookends out of them.”
Tori said that she wanted Dean to keep them, even though he offered to give them back after their divorce.
She claimed that they are still very good friends and co-parent well.
She said: “He was like, ‘You know, you could probably sell these on eBay.”
“I’m like, ‘I would never.’
“And I was like, ‘Wait. How much? How much do think I can get for them? I’m just curious. Asking for a friend.’”
In the end, not every love story lasts forever – but clearly, some implants do.
