They said the 23-year-old had a heated argument with her family and left home without her mobile phone on 1 September.
Marian, who had 4.1 million TikTok followers and 327,000 Insta fans, disappeared in the city of Uruapan, Mexico, as reported by Need To Know.
Cops located her in a hotel in the city of Morelia in a critical condition on five days late, and took her to hospital.

She was then declared “brain dead” and her family agreed to donate her organs.
She passed away at the Morelia Women’s Hospital on Saturday (13 Sept).
The Attorney General’s Office said: “After being declared brain dead, the young woman’s family was informed about the possibility of organ donation, which was accepted, and the Prosecutor’s Office was notified to begin the corresponding proceedings.
“A multidisciplinary team of forensic services arrived at the hospital to certify the death and endorse the donation process.
“The Public Prosecutor’s Office subsequently authorised the donation of skin, skeletal muscle, corneas, and kidneys.”
Michoacán Governor Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla suggested that Marian may have been the victim of domestic violence.

He said: “She voluntarily left the city of Uruapan, the place where she was last seen, and took refuge here, in a hotel in Morelia, and was eventually found in a very delicate state of health.
“An investigation is underway, everything points to a situation of domestic violence that led to her decision to leave Uruapan.”
Although he did not provide further details about how she was found, the governor emphasised that “everything possible was done to save Izaguirre’s life”.
Marian’s last post on social media was on 31 August.
In the clip, she appeared wearing clown makeup while lip-syncing to the song ‘Why Are You Leaving?’.

Fans filled her comments section with concerned messages.
