A masked gang armed with power tools have been caught on camera snatching bikes in broad daylight.
The group of six men, dressed head to toe in black, used what appeared to be an angle grinder to cut through bike locks.
Witnesses said the crooks were on e-bikes, and brazenly waited as people walked past without intervening.

According to one onlooker, police arrived around 15 minutes after the gang had fled the scene with the stolen bikes.
The stunned witness, who asked not to be named, filmed the shocking theft while sitting in a beer garden at the Tiles Bar outdoor seating area.
Another bystander could be seen “kicking off” about the theft happening in plain sight, as reported by Need To Know.
The crime unfolded yesterday (7 Oct) in St Andrew Square, Edinburgh.
Social media users were outraged by the footage.
Nicholas Gorham said: “Why are people just walking past.”

Jeff Isaacs added: “Can’t they track those e-rental bikes because you have to login with your phone.”
One said: “Meanwhile folk just walk past or just sit and record.”
Another added: “An angle grinder in broad daylight.”

And one joked: “This is so wrong, they’re not wearing protective goggles, health and safety will go mad if they see this.”
Police Scotland has been approached for comment.
