Love Island star Lolly Hart has revealed she’s recovering in hospital with “zero pain” after undergoing a nose job.
Lolly – whose full name is Lauren – appeared in the latest series of Love Island UK and was linked to Islanders including Ciaran, Konnor and Joey Essex.
The 31-year-old, from Loughborough, is now an influencer with more than 40,900 Instagram followers, as reported by Need To Know.

But fans were left stunned when she suddenly shared photos of herself in hospital this week.
She soon reassured them, explaining she’d had rhinoplasty surgery – commonly known as a nose job – to reshape her nose.
Lolly said she’d opted for a piezo ultrasonic rhinoplasty, a cutting-edge technique that uses ultrasonic waves to precisely reshape the nasal bones with less trauma and faster healing.
Posting from her hospital bed, Lolly wrote: “I always disliked my side profile.
“I just felt it was too harsh for my lil pea head, the surgeon agreed a subtle change to my nose would really fix this insecurity I had.
“And he’s actually just been to see me and said I had quite a bad deviation so turns out my nose wasn’t straight at all.
“Just want to see it already!”
In another post, she told fans she was recovering in a hospital in America – and even commented on the “boujee” oranges she was served – though she hasn’t revealed exactly where she’s having the procedure done.
Later, the reality star shared a selfie tucked up in bed, writing: “Snug as a bug in a rug rn.
“Being dead honest with you, I’m in no zero pain at all, and all I usually do is whinge so thats vvv shocking to hear myself say that.
“Tomorrow may be a diff story tho, I’ll let you know as I need to answer more questions too.
“Keep having to have ice packs over my eyes a lot so not really on my phone!”
Lolly follows a string of other Love Island favourites who’ve admitted to cosmetic tweaks, including Georgia Harrison, Molly Smith, Amy Hart and Hannah Elizabeth.
Her followers will have to wait a bit longer to see her new look – but judging by her cheerful updates, Lolly’s clearly loving life post-surgery.
