Sophie Habboo is experiencing hip problems after getting “real big” during pregnancy.
The 30-year-old, who is married to Candy Kitten’s CEO Jamie Lang, 36, is set to give birth to the couple’s first child later this year.
But it’s been a bit of a challenge on Sophie’s body.

The Made in Chelsea star has revealed that she struggles to get out of bed due to her ‘hip flexor’ and is effectively left with a “dead leg” and a rather bizarre morning routine.
“Guys, I’m really big, and when I have to get out of bed in the morning, it’s a whole thing,” said Sophie in a video.
“I have to lift this leg up because my hip flexors are gone.”

Jamie said, “Sophie has to do this in bed. She went, ‘Watch this, Jamie, this is how I get out of bed’ – she lifts her leg in the air and uses it like a pendulum to then throw it over the bed.
“The weight of her leg propels her upwards.”
Sophie added: “It’s really quite something, it’s my lever.
“It’s like my little toy.
“But also, I can’t, like right now my brain is saying uncross your legs, but it doesn’t work anymore, the hip flexor doesn’t work.”
An osteopath confirmed what Sophie had already suspected – her hip flexor has given up, which explains why rising in the morning has felt like a mission.
The stars also shared a strange nighttime moment.

Podcaster Sophie said Jamie was standing up and staring like a “freak in the night” before he begged her to pick up his pillow from the floor, as reported by Need To Know.
The model said, “Why, because your waist works, your hips work, why can’t you bend to pick up your pillow?
“So what do I have to do?
“Lever my poor leg walk all the way around the side of the bed, get his stinking pillow and put it on the bed – that’s a good wife.”
The couple have been together for over five years and married in April 2023 after meeting on the E4 reality show Made in Chelsea.
They first announced that Sophie was expecting in June 2025 with a sweet video of her and Jamie’s first ultrasound scan on Instagram.

Sophie and Jamie have had their joint podcast, Nearly Parents, for about three years.
It first launched as Nearly Weds before becoming Newlyweds and now Nearly Parents as they move onto the next stage of their lives together.
Sophie recently also revealed to fans a little-known pregnancy side-effect that has wasted years of time and cash.
The star was left incredibly frustrated when all her body hair grew back despite having laser hair removal.
